Elemental movement & sound

This is a chance to get out of our thinking space and to get into the body. We will be using the elements to journey inwards. Lovingly reconnecting with ourselves, each other and when we are ready the world.

We are Victoria Hogg and Francesca Reid and we are offering a playful journey of discovery using our bodies & voices in whichever way they work, to explore: Earth, Air, Fire, Water & Ether. We will create a space for a reconnection with something pre-verbal and ancient, without judgement or expectation. We will all act as both the witness and witnessed, discovering who we once were and have always been.
