PLAY is Not a Four Letter Word
April 11 @ 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm EDTFree
A playful, heart centered session, in which we will deepen our connection to each other and discover the joy in shared creativity. Through drama games, music and movement, poetry and storytelling we will explore new ways of looking at our world. Play puts us in the moment, suspends judgment and opens us up emotionally to all the world has to offer. In this fun and creative space we will have the opportunity to let our spirit soar beyond the fears and anxieties so familiar to us in our everyday lives……and in the words of Louis Armstrong you will say to yourself “what a wonderful world”.
