Join Global Play Brigade in collaboration with Yes, And Higher Education Network (YAHE) for Playtelligence: The Art of Re-Imagining Learning—a two-day global playshop where we break free from traditional learning and embrace the power of play, improvisation, and creativity! If you’re an educator, innovator, student or just curious about harnessing the power of play for learning and development, this playshop is for you.
This isn’t a conference—it’s an experience. Expect interactive workshops led by expert facilitators who will share practical tools and insights on playful learning.

Join us for “Playtelligence: The Art of Re-Imagining Learning, on March 28 and 29, 2025.
There is a revolution taking place in the world of education, learning and development. It’s a “play-telligence revolution”, that is changing the way both children and adults learn and grow, and even what learning and development is.
If we want to bring curiosity and excitement for learning back into the classroom, we need to incorporate play. If we want to practice lifelong learning for adults, we need to re-ignite our imagination and begin to improvise, experiment and incorporate creativity into how we approach work, life, family and community.
And so, the
Global Play Brigade (GPB) is partnering with the
Yes, And Higher Education Network (YAHE) and
Cultivating Ensembles to offer a series of
free, mind-expanding, community building, experiential learning playshops as part of this Playtelligence revolution. Our globally located, experienced facilitators will lead sessions using the transformative power of play and the creative arts including:
- Creating our community with concerns about our planet
- Let's Play with Mistakes!
- En Los Zapatos Del Otro (In the others' shoes)Spanish Language Session
- Rediscovering Education Through Play
- Embrace the Unknown in Learning and Life
- Playing with Science and Arts
All the sessions are online via Zoom. You can come either, or both days. You’ll pick the sessions that excites you the most, once you get there. As an added benefit, you will have the opportunity to meet and network with people from around the world, fostering new connections and inspiration.
WHAT IS A GLOBAL PLAYSHOP?
Play with strangers across the world
We host these massive virtual workshops four times per year for hundreds around the world.
Every attendee has the option of joining workshops that range from movement and music to emotional support. It’s like a multi-lingual conference of play. Our last Global Playshop was attended by people from over 29 countries including China, Nigeria, Ukraine, Serbia, Israel, Peru, and the UK. Will you join to build the movement?
How will it work? Think "conference" meets "party."
30-minutes - Welcome & Warmup Exercise

1. You will change your Name on Zoom with your first name and country
2. We will tell you about ‘Playtelligence’
3. We will explain what Global Play Brigade really is
4. We will introduce a lineup of the workshops ready for you
5. You will choose which workshop to join
6. You will join the breakout room for the workshop you’ve chosen
7. You will participate in the workshop for 50 minutes
8. You will come back to the mainroom after the workshop is over
9. We will have a reflection session as a whole
10. We will inform you about next GPB workshop and more events
How to Use Zoom

You can hover above your picture until you see the three dots. Click the three dots and you should see the option to rename yourself. If you’re still having trouble, just drop your name and country in the chat.
2. Okay, I think I can do that, thanks. Hmm…How can I join a Breakout Room?
Don’t worry, it’s quite simple. First, please check the descriptions of each workshop above. Once you decide which workshop you’d like to take, you can rename yourself with the number of the breakout room you’d like to join.
Or, if you’re fairly comfortable with Zoom, you can just join the breakout like you usually do.

Wonderful! Now I think I am ready. Oh, one more thing! Do you have any language support during the workshop?
Currently we do not have any translation system that supports non-English speaking friends unfortunately…But our facilitators are all globally talented and they can support you in languages like Japanese, Chinese, and Spanish! We hope to purchase an AI translation tool in the future but we need your help to do that. Let us explain more in the workshop!
